Rock Island State Park did NOT disappoint! 

​

The sunshine was perfect, the waterfalls made for an amazing backdrop for these two, and the sparkles that danced off the water made for an epic day full of adventure, laughter, and my favorite: the quiet moments among things that make you feel small. 

​

We hiked the slippery rocks up to the waterfall, and Kara and Ryan just walked right into the river, which made for the cutest pictures, and and even better story!
